As an ESL teacher in Hong Kong, when I teach new words...I make sure it's GENKI It makes it easier for me to catch their attention and interest in class.
PS: The materials (flashcards/menu) used in our Genki restaurant were all from Genki English. If you are interested, check out their website at www.genkienglish.com and their facebook account at Genki English + GenkiJapan.Net.
That's it for now :) Hope you’re having a great weekend. God bless.
I use Genki English as well teaching kids in Japan. I love this idea and will try it with my kindergarten classes soon!
